Ashlyn Milligan grew up in Sampson County and is thrilled to return home to serve the community that shaped her. A proud graduate of Clinton High School, Ashlyn went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she earned her degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing and a Pre-Law minor. She later received her Juris Doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.

Ashlyn understands that many of her clients come to her during some of the most challenging and emotional moments of their lives. Whether navigating separation, custody arrangements, or other family matters, she approaches each case with clarity, compassion, and skill. Her goal is to not only advocate for her clients but also to help them move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Rooted in her belief that every family deserves to feel supported and heard, Ashlyn is committed to offering personalized, empathetic representation tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Outside the office, Ashlyn enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Green Bay Packers, and relaxing at home with her dog, Mack, and her cat, Stanley.
